Herbs de Provence is one of those pantry staples that makes cooking feel like a small celebration. Its balance of earthy, woody, and floral flavors pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, grilled meats, and even hearty stews. Try rubbing it on chicken before roasting, or mix it into olive oil for a simple vinaigrette that will take your salads from ordinary to extraordinary.


Ingredients


  • 2 tablespoons Blue Barn Culinary Lavender Buds

  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary, ground

  • 1 tablespoon fennel seed, ground

  • 2 tablespoons dried savory

  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme

  • 2 tablespoons dried basil

  • 2 tablespoons dried marjoram

  • 2 tablespoons dried Italian parsley

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon

  • 1 teaspoon bay powder


Mix everything together and store in an airtight container to preserve freshness
